• Sweetwater, Music Will partner to launch National Instrument Fund (21alivenews.com) — Belfry High School is one of just 34 schools nationwide chosen to receive new instruments and gear through Sweetwater and Music Will’s new National Instrument Fund. The support aims to jump-start or expand music programs for students who currently lack access, bringing guitars, drums, keyboards, and sound systems into Belfry’s classrooms in the coming month.
   

• Belfry holds off Pikeville (news-expressky.com) — Belfry High’s Lady Pirates softball team edged Pikeville 8–7 to reach the 15th Region All “A” Classic championship, which will be played at Belfry on Friday night. After a back-and-forth battle, Belfry’s bats exploded late and pitcher Molly Fahm sealed the win with 11 strikeouts, setting up a home-title shot against Shelby Valley.
