Arundel VFD 3rd Annual 5 & 10K Rescue Run

Support the Arundel Volunteer Fire Department as they host the 3rd Annual 5 & 10K Rescue Run on Saturday 10/4/2014.   Runners and walkers of all ages are welcome to participate.   Register now at www.Active.com or for more information visit www.ArundelFire.com.  Registration is $35, $40 on the day of the event.  Cost of registration includes T-shirt (if registered before Sept 1st), refreshments and awards, water stops on course and at start/finish, course monitors, ample parking, and results distributed shortly after the race. Email us at RescueRun@ArundelFire.com with any questions.  Hope to see you there!
