Less than three years after opening, the farm-to-table eatery Local on The Avenue has closed its White Marsh location.
Third Eye Comics announced it will hold a July grand opening for its latest expansion in Glen Burnie. Third Eye Comics has locations in Annapolis, Waldorf, College Park and Lexington Park, as well as sites in Virginia.

The national boating and fishing supply store West Marine announced it will shutter four locations in Maryland as part of a nationwide restructuring effort. Sportswear company Under Armour plans to close its office in Portland, Oregon, and relocate operations and most employees to its Baltimore headquarters, according to a report.
A taqueria with Northern Virginia roots is expanding its footprint in Montgomery County, with plans to kick open the doors on a new location in downtown Bethesda this fall.
