Brothers from Bel Pre, Teen from Rockville Found

The teens were traveling together and may have been headed to Ocean City, MD, police say.

Twin brothers Samuel Charles DeCarlo and Isaac William DeCarlo, 14 years old, of the 14100 block of Grand Pre Road, and Bianca Cruz, 13, of the 13000 block of Estelle Road, have been located safe and unharmed.

Police and family thank the public and media outlets for their assistance with this case.

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Department are asking for the public’s assistance in locating two missing brothers from the Bel Pre area and a third missing teen from Rockville, all of whom are believed to be traveling together.

Twin brothers Samuel Charles DeCarlo and Isaac William DeCarlo, 14, of the 14100 block of Grand Pre Road, were last seen on June 17 near their residence.

They are described as Hispanic males, both 4’11” tall and weighing 98 pounds. They have brown hair and brown eyes. It is not known what clothing they were wearing at the time of their disappearance.

Allan De Souza Machado, 16, of the 13300 block of Keating Street in Rockville, was reported missing on May 30. Allen is described as a white male who is 6’ tall and weighs 150 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes. Allan also has a beard and moustache.

The three teenagers are known to frequent the Aspen Hill area, but are now believed to be driving to Ocean City, MD. They may be traveling in a tan, 2015 Toyota RAV4 with Maryland temporary tags, 477169T.

Police and family are concerned for the physical and emotional welfare of the three boys. Anyone with information regarding their whereabouts or the location of the Toyota RAV4 is asked to contact the Montgomery County Police Special Victims Division at 240-773-5400 or the police non-emergency number at 301-279-8000.
