Animal Advocates, Pet Store Present MEGA Adoption Event
The Anne Arundel weekend event will include raffles, prizes and dozens of animals you can take home with you.
The SPCA of Anne Arundel County is joining with the Glen Burnie Petco store to hold the second annual Mega Adoption Event on Sept. 20 and 21 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The event taking place at the Glen Burnie Petco, 6631 Ritchie Highway, will have a carnival atmosphere. Twelve local non-profit rescue groups will be present, including the SPCA.
Attractions will include carnival-like games and raffles, pet talent show, appearances by the Ravens and Orioles mascots, and dozens of pets available for adoption.
