Man Arrested for Exposing Himself in Goodwill Store

Anne Arundel County Police have arrested Joseph Kluskey, 53, of Baltimore, who reportedly exposed himself to a shopper and her 10-year-old daughter in August.

Officers responded to the Goodwill Super Store on the 7300 block of Ritchie Highway on Aug. 25 for an incident that took place two days before.

A 40-year-old woman from Glen Burnie was reportedly shopping in the store with her 10-year-old daughter when a man wearing gray shorts and a white T-shirt exposed himself to both of them. The man, identified as Kluskey, then left the store in an unknown direction.

Based on a tip from someone who saw security images of Kluskey on social media, investigators were identified him and met with the victim, who confirmed it was Kluskey inside the Goodwill Super Store.

Kluskey has been arrested and charged with the offense.
