Feeling restless, scattered, and stressed? Want to explore ways to have greater ease and focus? The Unified Mindfulness (UM) system offers tailor-made meditation techniques for practice in the midst of daily life to build Concentration, Clarity, and Equanimity (i.e., mindfulness).
This class is held online once a week (on Mondays) on Zoom. Each session comprises an introduction to a UM technique, guided meditations, and Q&As. The class is well-suited for both beginners and experienced practitioners of meditation.
The instructor, Martin Spiering, PhD, is a UM-certified Level 2 Coach. UM is a secular mindfulness system developed by meditation teacher and research scientist Shinzen Young and is taught at many institutions. Learn more at Unified Mindfulness (https://go.unifiedmindfulness.com/core_main_lander).
