Germantown Man Charged With Possessing Child Pornography: Police
Authorities have arrested a 59-year-old man they say had child pornography at his Germantown home.

GERMANTOWN, MD — A Germantown man faces child pornography charges after authorities found sexually explicit files at his residence, Maryland State Police said.
Edward J. Henry, 59, was charged with 12 counts of possession of child pornography. Authorities say he was arrested at his home on Thursday without incident.
According to officials, the Maryland State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force turned their attention toward Henry in August while conducting an online investigation for offenders who download files of child pornography onto their electronic devices.

While searching Henry's home, authorities said they found electronic devices containing multiple child pornography files.
It is not immediately known if Henry has a relationship with any of the victims.
