Germantown Teen Missing Since Jan. 25: Police

GERMANTOWN, MD — The Montgomery County Police Department is asking for the public's help in finding a missing Germantown teenager.

Kiona Tacoma Strange, 16, of Steeple Place, was last seen on Friday, Jan. 25, according to authorities. Investigators describe Strange as a 5-foot, 110-pound female with green eyes and black hair that is currently dyed blonde.

Family and law enforcement officials are concerned for Strange's wellbeing.
