Gunshots Reported In Germantown, No Victims Found By Police
Montgomery County Police responded to calls about gunshots in Germantown early Thursday morning. No victims have been found.
GERMANTOWN, MD — Calls about gunshots on Summer Oak Drive came in to the Montgomery County Police Department late Wednesday night into the very early hours of Thursday morning.
The police responded to calls and did not find any victims of gunshots, but collected shell casings and saw damage on cars, believed to be caused by the guns. They do not believe it was a random event and are asking residents to review local security camera footage from their homes, if they have any.
The investigation is ongoing, police said Friday.
