Police Search For Missing Germantown Man

Lee Grant Washington, Jr., 48, was last seen by family members Thursday.

GERMANTOWN, MD — Detectives with the Montgomery County Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing Germantown man.

Lee Grant Washington, Jr., 48, was last seen by family when he left his Chalet Drive address in Germantown to complete an errand in Montgomery Village Thursday, police said.

Police describe Washington, Jr., as an African American male who is 5′ 10″ tall and weighs approximately 200 pounds. At the time he left his apartment, Washington, Jr. was wearing a blue shirt and tan pants.

He is believed to be operating a red, 2008 Mitsubishi Galant with Maryland tags, AL2168. (The attached vehicle photograph is only a representation, and not Washington’s actual vehicle).
