HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — Two men wanted in an armed robbery at an Aberdeen gas station were taken into custody in Havre de Grace Sunday morning, police reported Monday. The duo had given chase when authorities tried to stop their car on Beards Hill Road at MD 22.
After the suspects took off from Aberdeen onto Interstate 95 north and tried to make a getaway in Havre de Grace, officials said police in Havre de Grace used stop sticks to deflate two of the car's tires on MD 155 near Ohio Street. After continuing on for about a mile, the silver Toyota Corolla finally stopped near the 400 block of Pennington Avenue, authorities reported.
Police said Nolan Maurice Rheubottom, 54, of Cheshaire Drive in Windsor Mill and James Edward Featherstone, 57, of Kenyon Avenue in Baltimore were arrested.
