2 Shot With BB Guns In Similar Hanover Robberies: Photos

Police have released photos of two suspects who reportedly shot two Hanover drivers with a BB gun or pellet gun Saturday. Do you know them?

HANOVER, MD — The cases of two people who were robbed and shot Saturday by suspects carrying either a BB or pellet gun may be related, Anne Arundel County Police said. In one case the victim sought medical treatment from injuries caused by the pellet gun strike. Monday afternoon authorities released surveillance camera images that are believed to be the two suspects in the cases.

The first robbery happened about 3 a.m. on Arundel Mills Circle, where officers met with an intoxicated man who said he was robbed while sitting in his vehicle. Two suspects approached the man, pointed what appeared to be a handgun at him and demanded money. The robbers then took an undetermined amount of cash, one of the suspects shot the victim with what appeared to be a pellet or BB gun, and they fled.

Police say the victim suffered minor wounds and was taken for medical treatment.
