He has no phone or vehicle and was last seen in black clothing with a red-striped pant leg. Anyone who spots him or has information should call 911 immediately.
   

4. 19-year-old linked to groping, assault cases: Charles County Sheriff's Office (dcnewsnow.com) — Authorities are investigating multiple groping and assault incidents tied to a 19-year-old suspect after an initial report at a Waldorf business this summer. Deputies say the same man is linked to two later cases, has been charged, and is currently on electronic monitoring. Anyone with information is urged to contact the Charles County Sheriff’s Office.
   

5. Hospital Fight Leaves Security Guard Unconscious, Waldorf Man Facing Felony Assault Charge (thebaynet.com) — A 28-year-old Waldorf man is charged with first-degree assault and related offenses after an early-morning fight outside MedStar St. Mary’s Hospital in Leonardtown left two security guards hospitalized and one briefly unconscious. State police say the man allegedly used a metal stanchion pole during the attack and was later arrested nearby, where troopers reported finding suspected crack cocaine before he was released on bond.
