• UPDATE: Attorney General Brown Secures $8.7 Million Judgment Against Lead Paint Inspector for Fraud (smnewsnet.com) — Maryland’s attorney general has secured an $8.7 million judgment and lifetime industry ban against a lead paint inspector whose fraudulent work forced the state to revoke more than 1,400 inspection certificates.
