Teen Hit By SUV on Main Street in Acton
Police said the crash happened near Kmart Sunday.

A teenager was struck by a sport utility vehicle on Main Street in Acton Sunday.
Police said two 14-year-old males were crossing Main Street near Kmart when one of them was hit by a Chevrolet Tahoe driven by a 35-year-old Acton man. The man told police he didn’t see the teens until the last minute and swerved.
The injured teen was transported to Emerson Hospital with minor injuries.

The driver has not been charged. Witnesses told police the driver was not speeding and that the teens were not in a crosswalk at the time of the crash.
