UPDATED: Arlington High Secure After Bomb Threat
The scene is secure and students have returned to the building.

ARLINGTON, MA—Arlington High School received what police believe is a low-grade bomb threat this morning, according to Arlington Police. As of 11:02 p.m., the building has been cleared and student are returning to the building.
The threat came in via phone call. Parents and residents are urged not to report to campus at this time.
This is the second bomb threat called in to Arlington High School so far this year. Students were released from school early after the threat on Jan. 19. Arlington Catholic and St. Agnes Grammar School were also evacuated due to a bomb scare on Jan. 15.
Arlington High School’s threat is also one of many others this week. Tucker Elementary School also received a bomb threat Tuesday, and Lexington High School dealt with a similar threat Monday.
“Despite the fact that this was a widespread issue, we take these threats very seriously,” Superintendent Kathleen Bodie said in a statement after the Jan. 19 threat.
