ARLINGTON, MA—The following are excerpts from the Arlington Police Department arrest logs.
May 19, 6:04 p.m.: Arlington police arrested Gregg Perry, 33, of Arlington on charges of possession of a Class D substance with intent to distribute, drug violation near a school/park, and possession of a Class C Substance. According to police reports, police witnessed a drug transaction on Minuteman Bike Path located 100 feet from an Arlington High School field and 300 feet from Arlington High School. Police later stopped Perry and found a weight scale, eight empty glassine baggies, an orange and black glass smoking pipe, a green lighter, a glassine baggie containing five pre-packaged amounts of marijuana and three baggies containing loose amounts of marijuana, according to police reports.

May 20, 10:12 a.m.: Arlington police arrested Wilfredo Torres, 49, of Arlington after the execution of a search warrant due to charges of carrying a firearm without a license.
May 22, 11:58 p.m.: Arlington police arrested Jamie Silveira, 26, of Somerville on charges of assault and battery of a police officer, fugitive from justice on a court warrant and resisting arrest. Here is further information on the arrest.
