We will be soliciting and reviewing proposed areas for rain gardens-come give your input! Help us build a rain garden! The Town of Arlington and the Mystic River Watershed Association are installing 1-2 rain gardens in 2012. Using slope, vegetation and well drained soils, rain gardens are increasingly being used by homeowners and municipalities to reduce the impact of stormwater on local waterways and storm drain systems.
