K9 Dasty The Police Dog To Be Memorialized In Arlington

After the Arlington Police's beloved K9 Cop Dasty passed away, they're holding a public procession for him.

ARLINGTON, MA — Arlington Police are going to hold a public memorial for the K9 Dasty who passed away last month.

On August 17 at 10 a.m. the Arlington Police will hold a procession beginning in front of the station with K9 Units from across the state. There will be a short ceremony following the procession on the Brian R. Greeley Memorial Plaza at the rear of the police station.

Arlington said it strongly encourages the public to park in the Russell Common Municipal Lot (behind St. Agnes church) and walk down to the station. There will be free parking until noon.

When: Aug. 17 from 10 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
