Brookline Police Looking For Trio Of Possible Shoplifters

The three people fled from the store in a potentially stolen vehicle earlier this month, according to police.

BROOKLINE, MA — The police department is looking to identify three people it believes were involved in a shoplifting incident at a grocery store earlier this month.

The trio was captured on surveillance footage recently. According to police, the first person is described as a woman who was last seen wearing a black The North Face winter jacket and blue jeans. The second person is also a woman who was last seen wearing an orange Timberland sweatshirt and black pants. The third person is reportedly a man who was wearing a black sweatshirt.

The three people left the store in a White Audi SUV that had stolen license plates. The car was last seen heading south on Harvard Street in the direction of Huntington Avenue. Police say the incident took place on Tuesday, Feb. 3 and did not specify which store it took place in.
