Celebrate Easter with Brunch at the Boston Harbor Hotel

Chef Daniel Bruce prepares a culinary celebration of Easter with a holiday brunch menu

The Boston Harbor Hotel and Chef Daniel Bruce once again offer a culinary celebration of Easter with a holiday brunch menu. Gather with family and friends to celebrate Easter brunch while overlooking picturesque Boston Harbor. This Easter feast will include a variety of dishes prepared with seasonal ingredients.

Chef Bruce’s Easter menu will feature Mint Roasted Leg of Lamb with Mint and Rhubarb Sauce, Pastry Wrapped Atlantic Salmon with a Green Garlic Shrimp Cream, Cracked Pepper and Cardamon Rubbed Sirloin, Caramelized Spring Onion Jus, Omelets to Order, with Three American Caviars, Sour Cream and Chive Biscuits, Mustard Roasted Sliced Beef Tenderloin with Grilled King Mushrooms and Fava Beans, Pan Seared Pork Buns with a Miso Soy Syrup and Tatsoi Salad, Barbecued Duck Breast with Sweet Pea Pudding and Jasmine Rice Salad, Penne Pasta with Pesto, Tomato and Calamata Olive Salad, and several fresh seafood options.

Additionally, the Easter Bunny himself will be in attendance, visiting with guests during brunch. He will be available for pictures and will hand out Easter candy to the children.
