The fire broke out on 33 Edge Hill Rd. Additional ladder companies were requested, the Brookline Fire Department reported.
Fire crews from Boston, Cambridge, Weston, Somerville and Newton assisted in putting out the flames.
NECN reported that three firefighters suffered minor injuries.
