Several people were stopped and questioned, one of whom was Abigail Riskey, 19, of Columbia Street. Police asked Riskey to remove items from her purse to make sure she didn't have any weapons. But police found a box with a pictured handgun and bullets on the cover wrapped in a cloth. Inside the box were a number of rounds of 9MM ammunition, police said. Riskey was arrested and charged with possession of ammunition without an FID card.
