• One person injured, dog killed in Canton house fire (boston25news.com) — A serious two-alarm fire at a home on Hickory Lane in Canton left one resident with non-life-threatening burns and killed a family dog, and the house is considered a total loss. Firefighters had to return hours later when flames reignited, damaging a camper and melting siding on a neighboring home. Investigators say both Canton fires remain under investigation but are not considered suspicious.
