Bay State Residents Indicted in NH on Charges
Doc: Chelmsford and Methuen men were indicted on drug charges while a Swansea man allegedly stole an excavator.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South recently.
Matthew Medeiros, 36, of Locust Street in Swansea, MA, for felony theft by unauthorized taking ($1,501+). On April 3, 2013, in Merrimack, he allegedly exercised unauthorized control over an excavator belonging to Compact Power Equipment of Merrimack, that was rented through Home Depot.

Jeffrey Normandin, 29, of Moonbeam Avenue in Chelmsford, MA, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl, alleged on Sept. 6, 2016, in Hudson.
