Concord Police Log: Bag of Drugs Found Lying on Street; Warrant Arrest; Fireworks Spur Complaint

Thur., March 12
- 4 p.m. A bag of drugs was found at Concord Oil on Lowell Road.
Fri., March 13
- 11 a.m. A resident of Garfield Road reported receiving a suspicious phone call about property owned in New Jersey 10 years ago.
- 3:48 p.m. A drive on Lowell Road said a dark-colored SUV was swerving into multiple lanes.
- 5:13 p.m. Following a traffic stop on Commonwealth Avenue, James Jefferey, 34, of Nashua, was arrested on a warrant.
- 7:28 p.m. A party reported a cell phone was unreturned after it was loaned to another party.
- 8:50 p.m. A lost pug was located on Forest Ridge Road.
- 11:48 p.m. Fireworks were reported on Monsen Road.
