Dedham 2016 Level 3 Sex Offender Map
Level 3 sex offenders are not wanted by the police, but they are considered at the highest risk for a repeat offense.

DEDHAM, MA — There is one level 3 sex offender living, working or both, or just frequently spending time in the Town of Dedham as of Oct. 16, 2016, according to the Massachusetts Sex Offender Registry Board.
Only the most severe sex offenders with the highest risk to commit another offense are designated as level 3 offenders, according to local authorities. The offenders are not wanted by police, and using this information or harass, discriminate against, or harm these individuals is against the law.
There is one additional level 2 sex offenders living in town.

- Neil Stein, 62, works at 118 Allied Dr. In 1982, he was convicted of two counts of open and gross lewdness and lascivious behavior. He was convicted on the same charge in 1985 and twice in 1986. In 1988, he was convicted of indecent assault and battery on a person aged 14 or older and assault with intent to commit rape.
