Dedham Community House Summer Camp: A Summer Kids Look Forward To<br /><br />Dedham Community House Summer Camp sits in the heart of Dedham and has served local families for more than 100 years. We offer a full-day program for children entering Kindergarten through 6th grade. <br /><br />Each day is active, varied, and fun. Campers stay engaged from start to finish:<br />Daily swim in our outdoor pool<br />Archery<br />Arts and crafts<br />Makerspace projects<br />Science activities<br />Rec room games and indoor play<br />Group games and special events<br /><br />Our staff show up prepared and engaged. They know each camper by name. They create a space where kids feel included, supported, and ready to participate.<br /><br />Counselor-in-Training (CIT) Program<br />We offer a free CIT program for students entering 8th and 9th grade.<br /><br />CITs gain real experience working with younger campers:<br />Assist with daily activities<br />Help lead games<br />Act as role models<br />They build skills that matter:<br />Communication<br />Responsibility<br />Teamwork<br />Problem-solving<br /><br />Each CIT receives guidance from experienced staff.
