Dedham Woman Arrested for DUI With Kids in Car
An infant and a 1-year-old were in the car.
A Dedham woman is facing charges for driving under the influence after being pulled over Tuesday with her kids in the car in Rhode Island.
The woman, identified by police as Jennifer Morrison, 39, allegedly had her 1-year-old and infant in the car when she was pulled over, reported WCVB.
Morrison was arrested in Cranston, Rhode Island, after police responded to reports of an erratic driver who had crashed into the back of another car. When pulled over Morrison got out of the vehicle and said, “”I’m so sorry. I was looking down texting my boyfriend and when I looked up I hit the car,” according to the police.

Police said Morrison told them she had two glasses of wine at lunch with her family. She refused to take a breath test, said police.
