3 Killed In 2 Days By Lethal Opioid Batch In Falmouth: PD

Falmouth police issued a warning this week after responding to multiple overdoses in town.

FALMOUTH, MA — A lethal opioid batch has made its way to Falmouth, according to police. Emergency crews responded to four overdoses — three of them fatal — over the past two days, police said.

"It is apparent that there is a lethal opioid product that has surfaced in Falmouth," police said in a statement. "We urge the public to please call 911 right away if you become aware that someone is experiencing an overdose."

Anyone in the Falmouth area struggling with addiction is urged to seek help and call the police for assistance if necessary.
