5th DUI For Falmouth Man On Scooter: Police
Robert Moore, of Falmouth, was charged with his fifth drunk driving offense after police said he was drunk on a scooter on Davis Straits.

FALMOUTH, MA — A Falmouth man was charged with his fifth drunk driving offense Thursday after police said they found him riding a scooter drunk on Davis Straits. Robert Moore, 52, was arrested Thursday night.

Falmouth police said they received a report Thursday a man was driving a scooter while drunk in the area of Davis Straits.

"Officers located the scooter and confirmed the driver was intoxicated," Falmouth police said in a statement.
Moore was charged with operating under the influence (fifth offense) and driving with a suspended license.
