Cape Cod Man Charged With Child Porn

BUZZARDS BAY, MA – A 27-year-old man faces child porn charges following a police search of a Buzzards Bay home. Justin Fleming was arrested Wednesday and charged with possession of child pornography and distribution of child pornography, Barnstable police said.

Officers searched a Waterhouse Road residence following a months-long investigation into distribution of child pornography videos and images from a computer at that address, according to police. Investigators found at least one computer that had the file sharing software used to distribute child pornography, as well as child porn images, police said.

Fleming was booked at the Bourne Police Department, where bail was set at $5,000 cash. Several digital devices were seized as part of the investigation.
