Cape Cod Man Out On Parole For OUI Nabbed Again: Police
The 38-year-old was charged with his third drunken driving offense after getting pulled over Sunday.

YARMOUTH, MA – A Cape Cod man out on parole for previous drunken driving convictions faces another OUI charge. Daniel Hayden, 38, of West Yarmouth, was stopped on Route 28 around 2 a.m. for erratic driving, police said.
Hayden appeared "extremely nervous," and he and his passenger lied about his name, police said. He failed a series of field tests and refused to take a breath test, according to police.
Hayden was found to be out on parole for his previous OUI convictions, police said. He was charged with operating under the influence of liquor - third offense, operating a motor vehicle negligently so as to endanger, marked lanes violation, refusing to properly identify self, operating a motor vehicle in violation of license class and operating a vehicle without OUI interlock device.

Hayden's license was suspended and bail was set at $5,000. He was arraigned in Barnstable District Court Monday.
