Drunk Falmouth Driver 4 Times Over Limit: Police
Repeat drunk driver Derek Colpus, of Falmouth, was found driving on Route 151 with a breath-alcohol level more than four times the limit.

FALMOUTH, MA — A heavily intoxicated Falmouth man was arrested again for drunk driving Saturday and his breath-alcohol level was more than four times the legal limit, according to police. Derek Colpus, 45, was arrested on Route 151 Saturday night and charged with a lane violation and operating under the influence of liquor (second offense).
Police said Colpus' breath-alcohol level was 0.35 percent. The legal limit is 0.08 percent.
Police said an officer pulled over Colpus' vehicle for a lane violation at about 8:30 p.m. and determined he was intoxicated.
