Drunken Fight At Falmouth Mexican Eatery Cinco de Mayo: Police

Falmouth police said they arrested two drunk men who fought at Casa Vallarta Restaurant on Cinco de Mayo Friday.

FALMOUTH, MA — Falmouth police on Cinco de Mayo Friday said they arrested two drunk men who fought at the Casa Vallarta restaurant. The men were "heavily intoxicated" and charged with disorderly conduct and affray. Their names were not released.

"Reports indicated that the fight was between a few patrons and it continued out on to the front lawn of the establishment," Falmouth police said in a statement. "Officers arrived and were able to place two of the males under arrest."

Police continued, "The incident, along with any possible occupancy and liquor violations are under investigation by the Falmouth Police (Department) and the MA Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission."
