FALMOUTH, MA — A woman from Hyannis was arrested in Falmouth Monday after police said she was drunk when she hit a parked car. Anna Nocchi, 26, had open containers of marijuana and alcohol in her vehicle, police said. She was charged with a host of crimes. Police said on Monday at about 8 p.m., an officer was dispatched to Main Street after a report Nocchi was driving erratically. "The officer found the vehicle traveling in the opposite direction and observed the operator texting," Falmouth police said in a statement. "The officer turned the patrol car around, then witnessed the vehicle strike a parked car and continue to travel along Main Street. The vehicle was immediately stopped and the operator was arrested."
