'Elvis' Vandal Hits Cape Cod Rail Trail

Police said someone sprayed "Elvis" graffiti in two Cape Cod towns along the Cape Cod Rail Trail.

YARMOUTH, MA — Cape Cod police said a vandal tagged the Cape Cod Rail Trail on two occasions in recent weeks. The first graffiti incident happened on Route 134 in Dennis at a new trail trail bridge, police said. The second incident happened on the pedestrian bridge in Yarmouth on Station Avenue.

"Tagging in Massachusetts is a Felony and can result in time in prison and loss of driver's license," Yarmouth police said in a statement.
