Falmouth Coronavirus: Town Has Its First Case
Town officials confirmed Thursday the first case of the new coronavirus in Falmouth.
FALMOUTH, MA — Town officials confirmed Thursday the first case of the new coronavirus in Falmouth.
Town Manager Julian Suso and Health Agent Scott McGann said the resident has gone into isolation, and all those who have been in close contact with them have been notified.
"We expect that the virus will continue to appear throughout the area and in our community," Suso and McGann said in a joint statement." You can help slow the spread of the virus by committing to social distancing and by practicing good personal hygiene like frequent handwashing."
