Falmouth Man Charged With 3rd OUI While At Gas Pump

The 67-year-old was found with an open container in his car and a bag of suspected cocaine on him in Wareham, police said.

FALMOUTH, MA – A Falmouth man was charged with his third drunken driving offense after officers found him intoxicated standing next to the pumps at a Wareham gas station, police said. Garry Currier, 67, was arrested after police received reports of a drunken driver at the Mobil gas station on Cranberry Highway.

Officers found an open container in his car and he appeared drunk, according to a police statement. While Currier was being booked, officers found a bag of what they believed to be cocaine on him, police said.

Currier was charged with operating under the influence (third offense), possession of an open container and possession of a Class B substance.
