FALMOUTH, MA — Falmouth police Sergeant Michael Simoneau was named the department's "Officer of the Month" for June. Falmouth police Chief Edward Dunne recently presented Simoneau with the award.

"The department’s Officer of the Month Program was designed to support and encourage outstanding law enforcement work and to recognize the important contributions made by the department's law enforcement professionals," Falmouth police said in a statement.
