FALMOUTH, MA – A married couple who owned a massage parlor in Falmouth have pleaded not guilty to prostitution charges. Fairhaven residents Mark Clinton, 51, and Li Zhou, 50, are accused of running a prostitution business out of Ancient Chinese Wellness Spa on Waquoit Highway.
Clinton pleaded not guilty to three counts of deriving support from prostitution, two counts of keeping a house of prostitution and one count of conspiracy, according to the Cape Cod Times. Zhou pleaded not guilty to two counts of deriving support from prostitution, two counts of keeping a house of prostitution and one count of conspiracy.
Clinton and Zhou were arrested during a raid in February after police interviewed two men who said they were sexually touched by a woman without their asking. Clinton was charged with similar crimes at the spa in 2017 but continued to run the business.
