FALMOUTH, MA — A driver was texting before crashing into a Falmouth home early Monday morning, police said. The crash happened around 1:10 a.m. at the intersection of Woods Hole Road and Glendon Road.
The homeowner and sole person inside was uninjured, police said. The driver, a 26-year-old East Falmouth resident, sustained a minor injury.
Building inspectors will examine the house to determine the full extent of damage. Police said the driver, who they did not name, will be summoned to court for texting while driving, operating a motor vehicle to endanger and a marked lanes violation.
