FALMOUTH, MA — Falmouth residents made 229 contributions totaling $13,398.87 to presidential candidates in 2019, according to year-end campaign finance reports filed with the Federal Election Commission.
The biggest beneficiary was Sen. Elizabeth Warren, whose presidential campaign received $4,525.50 from Falmouth donors. In second was former South Bend, Indiana Mayor Pete Buttigieg, whose campaign received $2,795 from Falmouth donors, though he has since dropped out of the race. President Donald Trump received $161.37 for his re-election campaign from town residents.
