12:23 p.m. - A caller reported a vehicle that dumped trash on Thaxter Street.

4:28 p.m. - A hypodermic needle on the ground was reported on Abington Street. A hazmat crew removed the needle.

7:02 a.m. - A three-car accident was reported near the intersection of Main Street and Polk Road. Two people were transported to South Shore Hospital.

1:10 p.m. - A two-car accident was reported near the intersection of Chief Justice Cushing Highway and Kilby Street.

6:58 p.m. - During a motor vehicle stop on Whiting Street, George Picard, 48, of Marshfield, was arrested on two warrants and charged with two counts of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (subsequent offense).
