• Dinosaur Capital Partners Receives $45.8M Loan for Metro Boston Development (multifamilyaffordablehousing.com) — A major 130-unit apartment community is planned for 7 Hartwell Avenue in Lexington, bringing new housing, including 20 affordable units, by June 2028. The five-story, all-electric, Passive House-designed building will feature parking, a café, outdoor courtyard, and fitness center, potentially reshaping that part of town and adding more residential options for local residents.
   

• Obituary: Jonathan S. Peirce (pressherald.com) — A former Lexington resident and Lexington High School graduate, Jonathan S. Peirce, has died at 86 after a long struggle with dementia. Raised partly in Lexington before settling in Scarborough, Maine, he built a career in office furniture sales, later enjoyed acting in advertisements, and is remembered fondly by family and many friends for his civic involvement and warm personality.
