11 Malden-Related Grand Jury Indictments

These aren't all first-timers, either.

MALDEN, MA — There are eleven Malden-related grand jury indictments in the list released Tuesday morning by the Middlesex County DA's Office. Many of the names are familiar to those who frequent these stories.

Terrell Rollin-Sutton, 24, of Billerica, was charged with possession of a firearm without a license and possession of a loaded firearm. Rollin-Sutton has been arrested on weapons charges in relation to an alleged million-dollar drug ring.

Calvin Baskerville, 54, of Boston, was charged with kidnapping, breaking and entering a building in the nighttime to commit a felony, unarmed burglary, larceny from a building, and being a habitual criminal (4 counts).

Steeve Jean, 30, of Malden, was charged with possession of credit card manufacturing equipment, falsely embossing a credit card, possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance, subsequent offense, possession of a firearm without a license, possession of ammunition, possession of a firearm with an obliterated serial number, and being an armed career criminal. Jean was arrested in 2012 during a traffic stop in which he took off and was found with drugs on him. He, too, has been in this space before.

Christopher Spencer, 39, of Lynn, was charged with attempted murder, assault and battery on a person over the age of 60 causing bodily injury, strangulation, and threatening to commit a crime.

Alfred Smith, 55, of Everett, was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, armed masked robbery, subsequent offense, and being a habitual criminal. An Alfred Smith of corresponding age was arrested in 2014 for allegedly masturbating while facing traffic in Somerville.

Jason Carroll, 41, of Salem, was charged with breaking and entering in the daytime by putting a person in fear, breaking and entering in the daytime, kidnapping, larceny over $250 from a person over the age of 60 (2 counts), assault and battery on a person over the age of 60, and witness intimidation.

Joseph Shields, 46, of Malden, was charged with receiving stolen goods over $250 (8 counts), subsequent offense. This isn't Shields' first time in this space this year.

Adel Padilla, 22, of Malden, was charged with conspiracy to traffick fentanyl.

Kathleen Woodworth, 40, of Lowell, was charged with receiving stolen property and being an accessory after the fact.

Brian Casey, 46, of Arlington, was charged with assault with intent to rape, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, aggravated burglary, assault and battery, breaking and entering in the nighttime to commit a felony, stalking, violating a restraining order (2 counts), and threatening to commit a crime.

Cambridge

Adley Flerime, 22, of Malden, was charged with uttering a false record (6 counts), larceny by a single scheme, and conspiracy to commit larceny. This isn't Flerime's first time in this space.
