Marlborough Police: 2 OUI Arrests, Multiple Reports of Vandalism, Harassment

Sunday, Oct. 12
- At 12:14 a.m., police responded to a car crash near a residence on Stevens Street. Injuries.
- At 12:22 a.m., a disturbance occurred at the Heights at Marlborough Apartments
- at 1:07 a.m., police responded to a disturbance at a residence on Applewood Drive
- At 1:09 a.m., police responded to a disturbance at the Embassy Suites
- At 2:26 a.m., vandalism was reported, 233 Ridge Road
- At 3:47 a.m., police responded to a disturbance at the Bell Wheeler Hill Apartments
- At 3:49 a.m., police responded toa disturbance on Lakeshore Drive
- At 5:52 a.m., an erratic operator was reported at Maplewood Cemetery
- At 6:52 a.m., vandalism was reported at 264 Framingham Road
- At 9:46 a.m., vandalism was reported at 845 Donald J. Lynch Boulevard
- At 11:23 a.m., police responded to a report of a sudden death at a residence on Chestnut Street
- At 3:09 p.m., police responded to a MVA with injuries, East Main Street
- At 4:11 p.m., police responded to harassment at Curtis Ave.
- At 5:58 p.m., police responded to a report of harassment, 9 Hastings St., Apt. 2
- At 9:08 p.m., an erratic operator was reported to police. It resulted in an arrest. Laura M. Potter, 37, 1201 Applebriar Lane, Marlborough, was arrested and charged with marked lanes violation and OUI
Monday, Oct. 13
- At 9:13 a.m., vandalism was reported, Design Pak Lofts
- At 6:34 p.m., police responded to a report of fraud, 32 Church St.
- At 10:08 p.m., police pulled a car over at Trinity Court Condos. It resulted in an arrest. Joseph C. Singh, 29, 204 west Main st., Apt. C, Marlborough, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license, and no inspection sticker

- At 10:38 a.m., police responded to a disturbance at 211 Hildreth St.
- At 2:28 p.m., police responded to a report of larceny at the Home Depot
- At 9:08 p.m., police pulled a vehicle over at the Marlborough Airport. It resulted in an arrest. Charles R. Doucette, III, 43, 28 Tavitian Boulevard, Marlborough, was arrested and charged with OUI (third offense), marked lanes violation and lights violation
- At 9:30 p.m., police responded to a disturbance at the Frye Building
