4+ Inches of Rain, 40+ MPH Wind Gusts Could Hit Martha's Vineyard This Week

Several rounds of torrential rain and strong winds will hit Martha’s Vineyard this week.

The rain is expected to start Tuesday night. It will last through Wednesday, then another round is expected to hit this weekend. Here’s the short-term forecast:

  • Tuesday: Cloudy during the day; rain at night. High of 79 degrees, low 63.
  • Wednesday: Showers all day. Windy. High 68, low 48.

Thursday will be cloudy. Heavy rain is expected to start back up Friday night.
