So far this summer it’s been a typical shark season on Cape Cod. There have been no attacks on humans; the last was in 2012 when a man was bit on the leg off the coast of Truro.
The Atlantic White Shark Conservancy, which captured the seal footage with a GoPro camera Monday, has been tracking the sharks all summer. Recently, 17 great whites were spotted near Chatham.
