Building Poses from the Bones with Kate Greer
Sunday May 18, 3-5pm
A sustainable yoga practice is what it sounds like - something that sustains YOU and something you can keep up a long time! Join senior teacher Kate Greer for an afternoon exploring asana from the bones and feet up, building poses slowly and steadily. This workshop will be accessible for all, from very beginners to seasoned yogis, as an exploration for how we are bearing stress in the body. Ideally we want yoga to be something that leaves us feeling better and something we're able to do longterm. Taking a look at where we are doing the work is the first step in creating lasting patterns. Not to mention that our patterns on the mat often reflect our patterns in life, so it can never hurt to figure out how to make things a little easier!
$25 early-bird discount (register by May 10)
